ReBran Shipping Policy
Overview
Thank you for shopping with ReBran.
Each order is handcrafted, packed, and shipped with care from Honolulu, Hawaii.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and clarifies your rights and responsibilities once your order is in transit.
By placing an order with ReBran LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, promotional sales, or due to limited ingredient availability.
If we experience any unexpected delay in production or shipping, we will notify you promptly by email.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We currently ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the best available service at the time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.
ReBran reserves the right to change carriers or shipping methods without prior notice to ensure the best delivery outcome.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and the U.S. mainland.
International shipping may be offered in the future, subject to applicable import regulations and shipping costs.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on location:

Hawaii orders: 1–3 business days after shipment

U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days after shipment
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. ReBran is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control such as natural disasters or strikes.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We currently ship to one address per order. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, ReBran is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or loss of the package.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
ReBran is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in transit.
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery service first.
If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents. We will review and assist as appropriate.
9. Perishable Product Disclaimer
Our granola and related goods are perishable and should be stored in a cool, dry place immediately upon delivery.
ReBran is not responsible for spoilage, contamination, or degradation resulting from delays in retrieval after delivery, improper storage, or exposure to heat or moisture.
10. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For any future international shipments, customers will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
ReBran has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
12. Force Majeure
ReBran shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or governmental actions.
13. Fraud Prevention
ReBran reserves the right to delay or cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent until verification is completed.
Orders flagged by payment processors or carriers may be held for manual review.
