ReBran Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with ReBran. Each batch of our granola is handcrafted in Hawaii with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your order.
Returns
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@rebrangranola.com to see if cancellation is still possible.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
